PAYMENT

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Since these are handcrafted jewels made on request, returns cannot be accepted. The right of withdrawal, pursuant to art. 5 comma 3 DL 186/99, it is not applicable to custom made products, on request or customized.

The right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods, however, it is valid if the goods have manufacturing problems. Peculiarities of the object described and anticipated on its description page on chiojewels.com or improper use of the purchased product are not recognized as manufacturing problems. (We remind you that conformity and the absence of defects are carefully verified at the time of packaging). In this case, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any contract concluded with chiojewels.com, within the deadline of 14 (fourteen) days starting from receipt of the goods. In this case the right of withdrawal is recognized by the consumer in relation to any goods purchased by him on the site www.chiojewels.com. The right of withdrawal is exercised upon dispatch, within 10 (ten) even if advised in advance of the possibility of such damage, of a written communication with photos attached, to the e-mail address info@chiojewels.com.

After written communication, the customer is required to return it to chiojewels.com within the deadline of 14 (fourteen) days starting from the date of delivery of the goods by courier (at the customer's expense) a “Chio by Francesca Battisti” Via Dandolo 71, 00153, Roma (RM) or by showing up at the Chio office in Via Cavour 231 Roma, necessarily by making an appointment during opening hours (free mode). The goods must be returned packaged in their original packaging (in the event of returning damaged goods, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the customer). A copy of the electronic order receipt must be attached to the returned product. The costs for returning the goods via courier are the responsibility of the customer.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised by the customer in accordance with the provisions contained in this clause, the chiojewels.com is required to reimburse. In particular, the chiojewels.com will proceed with the transmission of the credit order relating to the cost of the goods shipped by 15 (fifteen) working days from the date the returned package was received. This operation will be carried out by crediting the sum to the bank account indicated by the customer. The chiojewels.com has the right to reject any product returned not perfectly intact or in a manner different from those specified above, as well as products for which the methods and times indicated for communicating the exercise of the right of withdrawal have not been respected.

The customer has the right to a full refund including shipping costs in the event of products delivered that do not correspond to the Order placed by the customer or in the case of defective products. All goods tampered with, damaged or not perfectly intact and received by the Company after the return will be returned to the Customer, reserving the right to charge the Customer the cost of transport for returning the goods or free of charge to our Atelier in Via Cavour 231 Roma.
